Branding & Communications

Megan was born and raised in Houston, TX where her parents founded and ran a private, international school and taught her a strong work ethic from a young age. Her first job responsibilities began with helping to teach swimming lessons to children of all ages, including some with disabilities.

Megan’s passion for real estate and design began as a teenager and her career followed beginning in 2003. In 2006 Megan relocated to Austin, Texas and continued on a rewarding path in real estate. She has served on the membership committee of the Austin Home Builders Association, and volunteered for the Austin Board of Realtors Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. In 2007, she joined The Winnett Group and went on to earn the Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist and Certified Negotiations Expert designations. A member of the Million Dollar Guild, based on real estate sales that represent the top 10% of the market, Megan’s business management degree and interest in productive marketing helped propel her in the field.

In 2020 Megan earned her Texas Real Estate Broker’s license and she founded Ivy Residential Group in 2021. Megan has sold over $300 million worth of real estate to date.

Megan is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, The Texas Board of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Megan enjoys family time with daughter Giuliana, traveling, cooking, interior decorating, photography, running, boating and spending time with family and friends. In 2015, she was invited to serve on the Board of Directors for Standish Foundation for Children, which she considers a great honor. Megan believes every child, regardless of their family’s socioeconomic status, deserves high quality healthcare including support for their emotional well-being during potentially traumatic experiences. Megan has enjoyed being a part of the wonderful team at the Standish Foundation and seeing first hand the positive impact it has made for children around the world.
